The Traveling Wilburys weren’t the only super-group that Roy Orbison was a member of.
Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Roy Orbison got together to form The Class of ’55- the name itself an homage to their status as Sun Records Alumni.

This supergroup made up of Roy Orbison, Jeff Lynne, Tom Petty, Bob Dylan, & George Harrison formed out of fantastic friendships.
The guys were always working together on each other’s projects such as Tom’s Full Moon Fever album, George’s Cloud Nine album, and Roy’s Mystery Girl album ( http://bit.ly/1lAp7WT ). It was only natural that they would eventually form a band.
