On July 1, 1965 Roy Orbison made the deal of his lifetime. He left Monument Records and Fred Foster to move to MGM Records for a then astounding million dollar record deal plus a five-film movie contract with MGM Pictures. This amounted to a staggering amount of songwriting, recording and releases. That body of work is now available in The Official Roy Orbison Store–
